Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2012 No. 1478 "About property support of socially oriented non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 2, the Art. 85).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2012 No. 1478

1. In the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "and the non-profit organizations founded by the Russian Federation" to exclude.

2. In Rules of forming, maintaining and obligatory publication of the list of federal property, free from the third party rights (except for property rights of the non-profit organizations which are not the public and local government offices and non-profit organizations founded by the Russian Federation) which can be provided to socially oriented non-profit organizations in ownership and (or) in use on long-term basis, approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the name and Item 1 of the word "and the non-profit organizations founded by the Russian Federation" to exclude;

b) declare Item 2 invalid;

c) add with Item 3 (1) the following content:

"3(1). The authorized body determines as a part of property of the state treasury of the Russian Federation the non-residential premises which are in federal property and free from the third party rights (except for property rights of the non-profit organizations which are not the public and local government offices) (further - non-residential premises) which can be provided to socially oriented non-profit organizations in ownership and (or) in use on long-term basis, and makes decisions on inclusion of non-residential premises in the list.
