a) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The commission is created as a part of the commission chairman, the first deputy of the commission chairman, vice-chairmen of the Commission, the secretary of the Commission and members of the commission.";

b) state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Commission sessions are held at least once in six months. In case of need (for the operational solution of the questions which are within the competence of the Commission) emergency meetings of the Commission can be held.

Commission sessions can be held in presentia, the correspondence form or in the video conference mode.

Preparation and the organization of carrying out commission sessions are performed by the secretary of the Commission.";

c) add with Item 10 (1) the following content:

"10(1). In case of need (for the operational solution of the questions which are within the competence of the Commission) the commission chairman or according to its order the first deputy of the commission chairman can make the decision on holding absentee voting.
