1. No. 23 "About some questions of activities of banks of Ukraine and banking groups" (with changes) to add item 4 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 25, 2022 with the new subitem of the following content:
"3) implementation of active transactions with physical persons, providing subject of which are the goods of double use included in the Single list of goods of double use that is appendix to the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of goods of the double use approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 28, 2004 No. 86 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 24, 2018 No. 974) (with changes).".
