About enhancement of procedure for allocation of the educational credit to students and pupils of the highest and professional educational organizations at the expense of budgetary funds
For the purpose of effective use of the funds of the Government budget allocated for financial support of the students and pupils studying in the highest and professional educational organizations at paid and contractual basis:
1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Economics and finance and the Ministries of the higher education, science and innovations about implementation since 2024/2025 academic years of procedure for the allocation of the educational credits to students and pupils of the highest and professional educational organizations by fund for financing of the educational credits under the Ministry of Economics and finance (further - the educational credit) providing:
a) allocation of the educational credit for training in the highest and professional educational organizations only to the students and pupils studying on day form of education;
b) allocation of the educational credit:
to first-year students of the highest educational organizations and pupils of the professional educational organizations - in the amount of the amount of the paid contract;
to students of the second and older years of the highest educational organizations - in the amount of no more than 80 percent of the amount of the paid contract if the average value of progress on disciplines is lower "3" (except for children from the families included in "The unified register of social protection").
2. Determine that:
a) the educational credit is allocated:
to students of the highest educational organizations - in the presence of the information about students in the information system "Accounting of the Rendered Services to Students on Contractual Basis" (kontrakt.edu.uz) and the information system "Process Management of the Higher Education" (HEMIS) of the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations;
