This Resolution partially shifts article 9a and article 9b of the Directive 2007/36/EU of the European Parliament and Council of July 11, 2007 about implementation of certain shareholder rights of the commercial societies registered at the exchange published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 284 of July 14, 2007 with the changes made by the Directive (EU) 2017/828 European Parliament and Council of May 17, 2017 changing the Directive 2007/36/EC regarding encouragement of long-term participation of shareholders.
1. In the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 67/10/2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 49-54, of the Art. 363), with subsequent amendments, to make the following changes:
in appendix:
a) In all text of the Code of corporate governance of the word "audit committee" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "the auditing commission / committee on audit" in the corresponding grammatical form, and shall be replaced with words the words "auditor society" "the subject of audit" in the corresponding grammatical form;
b) in the Section "Introduction" the last three offers to replace with the text of the following content:
