1. In Rules of approval of withdrawal for the state or municipal needs for the purpose of complex development of the territory of the parcels of land and (or) the real estate units located on them which are in property of the Russian Federation, the subject of the Russian Federation, municipal property, in the borders of the territory on which the decision on complex development of the territory of the housing estate, complex development of the territory of non-residential building is made approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2017 No. 594 "About approval of Rules of approval of withdrawal for the state or municipal needs for the purpose of complex development of the territory of the parcels of land and (or) the real estate units located on them, which are in property of the Russian Federation, the subject of the Russian Federation, municipal property, in territory borders on which the decision on complex development of the territory of the housing estate, complex development of the territory of non-residential building is made" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 22, Art. 3152; 2021, No. 29, Art. 5681):
a) in Item 3:
