1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2023 No. 240 "About carrying out experiment on monitoring by customs authorities of the data which are available at their order and received from persons participating in this experiment from systems of accounting of goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 9, the Art. 1476).
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

1. In Item 1 of the word "till November 1, 2024." shall be replaced with words "till November 1, 2025".
2. In Regulations on carrying out experiment on monitoring by customs authorities of the data which are available at their order and received from persons participating in this experiment, from systems of accounting of goods, approved by the specified resolution:
a) add Item 3 with the subitem "v" of the following content:
"c) the legal entity making customs transactions and carried according to the procedure, established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of customs affairs to category of low risk level.";
b) in the offer the first Item 6 of the word "no later than June 30, 2024." shall be replaced with words "no later than June 30, 2025";
c) in the paragraph the second Item 23 of the word of "exit customs inspection" shall be replaced with words "customs inspection";
d) add with Item 27 (1) the following content:
