add with subitems 31-1), 31-2), 31-3), 31-4) and 31-5) of the following content:

"31-1) developments of category of taxpayers to whom regulations according to the preparatory act of tax audit, and also procedure and terms of delivery to the taxpayer of the preparatory act of tax audit, provision of written objection are applied to the preparatory act of tax audit, and also consideration of such objection;

31-2) developments of procedure for determination, publications of cost of digital assets and list of their types;

31-3) developments of procedure, the list and the form of the data which are subject to transfer by means of integration of the hardware and software of organizers of gaming, performing activities of bookmaker office and (or) totalizator with information systems of tax authority;

31-4) developments of the application form about deduction of the individual income tax provided to the tax agent in coordination with authorized body in the field of social protection of the population;
