About modification of the Regulations on adoption of long-term obligations approved by the Order of the Government No. 652/2023

Based on part (31) article 66 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014,№223 – 230, 519), with subsequent changes, the Government DECIDES: the Art.

1. In the Regulations on adoption of long-term obligations approved by the Order of the Government No. 652/2023 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, No. 351 – 354, Art. 807), to make the following changes:

Item 3 to add 1) with the subitem 5) of the following content:

5) legal services in representative office of the state or the public power within the arbitration or conciliatory procedure performed in other state or in arbitral, or arbitration international instance or within judicial productions in degrees of jurisdiction, tribunals or bodies of the public power of other state or in the international degrees of jurisdiction or organizations.";

Item 9 to state 2) in the following edition:

"9. In case of adoption of the long-term obligation of the procedure of selections/purchases are performed according to the legislation.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
