The right of the convict attracted as suspected (person accused) to short-term and long appointments to relatives and other persons (except for the appointments to the defender and the notary provided according to article 18 of the Federal Law of July 15, 1995 to No. 103-FZ "About detention of suspects and accused of making of crimes") is performed according to the procedure, established by this Code, in the presence of the written permission of person or body in which production there is criminal case concerning this convict. The right of the convict attracted as the witness or the victim to short-term and long appointments to relatives and other persons is performed according to the procedure, established by this Code. The right of the convict attracted as suspected (person accused), the witness or the victim can be replaced with long appointment with the right to short-term appointment, the right to short-term or long appointment - the right to telephone conversation according to the procedure, provided by part three of article 89 of this Code.".
