according to the procedure of payment and rate of charge for implementation of activities for production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The subject who obtained the license for retail sale of alcoholic products pays collection in the amount of:

1) for physical persons - 100 settlement indicators;

2) for legal entities:

- 200 settlement indicators in the presence of one cash register on the shopping facility;

- 500 settlement indicators in the presence of two cash registers on the shopping facility;

- 2000 settlement indicators in the presence of three and more cash registers on the shopping facility.".

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of licensing of separate types of activity" of December 14, 2023 No. 678 the following changes:
