The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. The paragraph one of the subitem 2 of Item 2-2 of the Section V "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 1, of Art. 2 with the following changes) to state in the following edition:

"2) the National agency can make the decision on acquisition at the expense of the money placed on accounts of the National agency in national and foreign currency, domestic government bonds "War bonds" which nominal value is determined in the corresponding currency (national or foreign), in the amounts approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, but no more than in the amount of, constituting 80 percent of the means considered on all deposit accounts of the National agency in the corresponding currency (national or foreign)".
