1. Approve the form of the Agenda about consideration of the claim by the State Tax Administration according to appendix No. 1.

2. To keep account of the agenda in the Management system the documents "Synapsis" by code 05 – "The register of accounting of forms of the strict reporting (standard forms with the special mode)" with indication of the internal number generated by system.

3. To use remaining balance of the forms approved by the Order No. 21 of April 7, 2017 before the date of entry into force of this order, and unused are liable to destruction.

4. To cancel the order GNS№21 of April 7, 2017 on approval of the form of the agenda about consideration of the claim.

5. In the Management on sealing and rasplombirovaniye approved by the Order of the chief of GGNI No. 611 of July 24, 2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 275-280, of the Art. 2055), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 47 syntagma "according to the p. (Art. 268 of the Tax code" to replace 1) with syntagma "according to Art. 267 of the Tax code and provisions of the Administrative code";
