Non-execution by persons indirectly holding shares (shares in the authorized capital) of economically significant organization belonging to foreign holding company and being citizens of the Russian Federation and (or) residents of the Russian Federation, obligation in the direction of the statement containing information necessary for the introduction in immediate possession by such shares (shares in the authorized capital) according to the Federal Law of August 4, 2023 No. 470-FZ "About features of regulation of the corporate relations in the economic societies which are economically significant organizations" after the direction of the instruction of federal executive body authorized to take measures for counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles; on officials - from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles; on legal entities - from five hundred thousand to seven hundred thousand rubles.

2. Non-execution or untimely execution of economically significant organization of obligations by governing bodies which are assigned to them according to article 12 of the Federal Law of August 4, 2023 No. 470-FZ "About features of regulation of the corporate relations in the economic societies which are economically significant organizations" -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles; on officials - from three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles; on legal entities - from five hundred thousand to seven hundred thousand rubles.";

Part 1 of Article 23.62 after the word "provided" to add 4) with words "Article 15.23. 2,".
