About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2020 No. 701 "Questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

140-2) approves rules of competitive selection of the military personnel of conscription service for receipt of educational privileges for receipt in the organization of the higher and (or) postgraduate education for educational programs of the higher education within the quotas established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for educational programs of medical, pharmaceutical and pedagogical education in coordination with authorized body in the field of science and the higher education;";

add with subitems 219-2), 219-3), 219-4) and 219-5) of the following content:

"219-2) approves form of the act of suspension of operations or separate types of activity in the field of fire safety;

219-3) approves the instruction of use of technical means when implementing the state control and supervision in the field of fire safety for fixing of the facts of making of violations and actions of staff of bodies of civil protection;
