About modification and amendments in the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In part 6 of Article 28, 60, parts 1 of article 92 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (dalee-Kodeks) the words "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions" shall be replaced with words parts 12 of Article "About enforcement proceeding".
Article 2. To add part 2 of Article 34 and part 2 of article 64 of the Code with the new offer of the following content: "The decision on detention immediately goes court to police for carrying out".
Article 3. Regarding the 2nd article 101.2 of the code:
1) the words "the writ of execution constituted on the basis" shall be replaced with words "the statement for forced execution";
The words "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions" shall be replaced with words 2) "About enforcement proceeding".
Article 4. To add part 11 of article 127 of the Code after the words "in 5 days" with the words "except for the judgments passed by results of consideration of the application about the purpose of final term, change of its size or the termination of effective period and change of execution of the court ruling taking legal effect in two weeks after publication".
Article 5. Add the Code with the Section V.1 of the following content
