About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin"

Article 1. In part 11 of article 12 of the Law of April 16, 2020, ZR-240 "About confiscation of property of illegal origin":
1) the words "the body receives the writ of execution constituted based on resolution of the Trial Court about the requirement of proofs, and it" shall be replaced with words "the statement for forced execution of resolution of the Trial Court for the requirement of proofs based on the statement of body in Trial Court without delay".
The words "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions" shall be replaced with words 2) "About enforcement proceeding".
1. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
2. Item 1 of article 1 of this law is effective according to the decision of the government provided by part 4 of article 23 of the Law "About Enforcement Proceeding" from the moment of implementation of the system providing transfer by court to service of forced execution of the data necessary for excitement of enforcement proceeding, in electronic form, and systems of filing of application about forced execution by court, the Constitutional court, the Supreme Judicial Council (their devices) in electronic form.
3. The system of filing of application provided by part 2 of this article about forced execution in electronic form takes root till March 1, 2026.
