1.1. To state subitem 2.4.4 of Item 2.4 in the following edition:
"2.4.4. The procurement procedure with possibility of carrying out rebidding consists in provision to procurement participants of the right to lower the price offer to summing up purchase.
Rebidding can be carried out in single paper, single electronic or repeated electronic form.
The decision on carrying out rebidding and form of its carrying out is accepted by the Commission on purchases by results of consideration of requests.
Only the procurement participants allowed to rebidding by results of selection of applications for participation in purchase can participate in rebidding.
Information on date, time, form of carrying out rebidding, and also in case of carrying out rebidding in repeated form information on the size of step or fixed value of decrease in price offers is carried to procurement participants.
Within one procurement procedure according to the decision of the Commission on purchases several rebiddings can be carried consistently out.
2.4.4.1. When carrying out rebidding in single form the procurement participant is given opportunity to submit one price proposal reduced by any size in comparison with the price proposal which is earlier submitted by such procurement participant.
