Changes which are made to Rules of calculation and confirmation of insurance years of service for determination of the sizes of temporary disability benefits, on pregnancy and childbirth, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of September 9, 2020 No. 585n

1. To state the subitem "b" of Item 3 in the following edition:

"b) the period of stay in the voluntary forming provided by the Federal Law of May 31, 1996 No. 61-FZ "About defense" (further - stay in voluntary forming), since February 24, 2022.".

2. State Item 23 in the following edition:

"23. Calculation of the periods of work (service, activities, stay in voluntary forming) is made in calendar procedure at the rate of complete year (12 months). At the same time each 30 days of the specified periods are translated in complete months, and each 12 months of these periods are translated in complete years.

Calculation of duration of every period included (set off) in insurance years of service is made by subtraction from end date of the corresponding period of start date of this period with addition of one day.".
