1. The Bank of Russia posts on the official site on the Internet (further - Internet network) information obtained by the Bank of Russia from credit rating agencies based on part 6 of Article 13, of Items 9 and 10 of part 1 of article 15 of the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 222-FZ "About activities of credit rating agencies in the Russian Federation, on modification of article 76.1 of the Federal law "About the Central Bank Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" and recognition voided separate provisions of legal acts of the Russian Federation" (further - the Federal Law No. 222-FZ) and article 76.9-8 of the Federal Law of July 10, 2002 No. 86-FZ "About the Central bank the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)", in the structure containing in appendix to this Instruction.

2. Information placed by the Bank of Russia, stipulated in Item 1 this Instruction, shall not exceed structure of information opened by credit rating agency on the official site of credit rating agency in Internet network according to articles 13 and 14 of the Federal Law No. 222-FZ.
