About additional measures for increase in system effectiveness of training of youth in foreign languages

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of support of young people in the country, forming of the formed and educated youth, development of creative and mental abilities of the growing-up younger generation, further promoting of training in foreign languages, and also creation of the favorable circle for support and development of the subjects who are engaged in these activities:

1. Assign the following additional functions to Agency on cases of youth:

enhancement of training processes to foreign languages of youth, improvement of conditions for strong acquisition of the most demanded foreign languages;

development and support of the individual entrepreneurs, self-employed persons and the non-state educational organizations who are engaged in activities for training in foreign languages (further - private training centers), and also other non-state non-profit organizations performing activities in this direction, carrying out the regular analysis and preparation of offers on the problem resolution in this sphere;

forming of rating of the private training centers and stimulation which took high positions in rating;

promotion of development of professions and learning of foreign languages among youth, the organization of social projects, tenders and the Olympic Games in this direction.

2. Determine that:

to compensation of examination expenses of the young people in case of examination on the international examination systems who received the certificate it is not lower than the C1 level or equated to it appropriate level on the English, German, French, Korean, Chinese and Japanese languages, in additional procedure the system of one-time material stimulation in triple size of basic settlement size for covering of expenses on training within the funds allocated to Agency on cases of youth takes root;
