About measures for implementation of system of continuous increase in knowledge of the population and government employees in the field of anti-corruption

In particular, in state bodies and the organizations modern mechanisms of anti-corruption are widely implemented, system measures for ensuring openness of their activities and increase in the reporting before the public are taken.

At the same time there is need of raising on the new level of system of forming at the population and government employees of the intolerant relation to corruption, instilling of "respectability vaccine" in them, and also increases in knowledge and skills in the field of anti-corruption proceeding from requirements of time.

For the purpose of implementation of large-scale system of continuous increase in knowledge of the population and government employees in the field of anti-corruption according to Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030":

1. Approve the offer of the Agency on anti-corruption (further - the Agency) and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan about implementation since January 1, 2025 of the electronic platform "Virtual Academy on Anti-corruption" (further - Virtual academy) directed to continuous increase in knowledge of the population and government employees in the field of anti-corruption.

2. Determine the priority directions of system of continuous increase in knowledge of the population and government employees in the field of anti-corruption:

increase in sense of justice and legal culture of the population and government employees, forming in the society of legal immunity to corruption, instilling in consciousness of the younger generation of values of respectability;

increase on permanent basis of knowledge, skills and qualification of the workers responsible for anti-corruption, and also holding positions of public service, the most subject to corruption risks;
