About purchase of the machinery and equipment

For the purpose of purchase of the machinery and equipment by the insolvent organizations, and also I decide debt repayments under agreements of finance lease (leasing):

1. JSC Promagroleasing:

1.1. in 2024 to conduct procurement of the machinery and equipment for subsequent their transfer under agreements of finance lease (leasing) on the conditions established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 146 through the credits of JSC Development Bank Republic of Belarus (further - Development bank) provided within the amount of financing according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of the April 2, 2015 to No. 146 "About financing of purchase of the modern machinery and equipment" determined in funding plan of state programs and actions for 2024:

to the insolvent organizations for construction and operation of meliorative systems based on the lists determined by regional executive committees and the decisions on financing made by them in the amount to 26, 7 million rubles, including on the organizations:

The Brest region - to 2 million rubles;

The Vitebsk region - to 10, 6 million rubles;

The Gomel region - to 2, 4 million rubles;

The Minsk region - to 6, 7 million rubles;

The Mogilev region - to 5 million rubles;

to the insolvent organizations of agro-industrial complex based on the lists determined by regional executive committees and the decisions on financing made by them in the amount to 81, 1 million rubles, including on the organizations:

The Brest region - to 16 million rubles;

The Gomel region - to 13, 9 million rubles;

The Grodno region - to 25, 6 million rubles;

The Mogilev region - to 25, 6 million rubles.

Acquisition of the machinery and equipment according to part one of this subitem is performed by the insolvent organizations without payment of advance payment.

Regional executive committees:

within five working days from the date of entry into force of this Decree direct the decisions provided in part one of this subitem, in JSC Promagroleasing;
