Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 15, 2019 No. 776 "About approval of the list of the types of activity which are technologically connected with production of goods, works, services in maintaining the state town-planning inventory" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19498) the following amendment:
To add the list of the types of activity which are technologically connected with production of goods, works, services in maintaining the state town-planning inventory with Item 5 of the following content:

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
