Bring in the list of types of objects which placement can be performed on the lands or the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property without provision of the parcels of land and establishment of servitudes, No. 1300 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 3, 2014 "About approval of the list of types of objects which placement can be performed on the lands or the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property without provision of the parcels of land and establishment of servitudes" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 50, Art. 7089; 2016, No. 19, Art. 2706), following changes:
a) in Item 22 of the word "Collection Points for Secondary Raw Materials" shall be replaced with words "Items and places of acceptance (collection) of secondary raw materials and secondary resources";
b) add with Item 36 of the following content:
"36. The container area for accumulating of solid utility waste.".
