About modification of the "Regulations on service in customs authorities" approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 7, 1999 No. 768-IQ

Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 19 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

Make the following changes to the "Regulations on service in customs authorities" approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 7, 1999 No. 768-IQ (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Art. 12 (Volume I):

1. State Article 59 in the following edition:

"59. Expenses on moving of officials of customs authorities and members of their families to new place of employment, and also expenses on transportation of their property and immediate compensations are paid from means, stipulated in Article 334.1 Customs codes of the Azerbaijan Republic which are enlisted into the account of the executive body performing customs affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic, according to the procedure, determined by relevant organ of the executive authority".

2. Add with Article 59-1 of the following content:

"59-1. To the officials of customs authorities and members of their families who are not taking residences in connection with change of the duty station in customs authorities and with respect thereto living in the rental apartment, and also the monetary compensation is paid to members of their families for lease of the apartment, and the procedure and the size are determined by relevant organ of the executive authority depending on the residence.
