About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of paragraph two of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2023 "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 314-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in paragraph one of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2009 "About authority delegation to the Ministry of Finance" words of "Item 2" shall be replaced with words No. 1163 "item 4";
1.2. the first and second Item 11 of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register of models of the gaming machines allowed to use in the Republic of Belarus of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of April 1, 2011 424, to state parts to No. in the following edition:

1.3. in Item 19 of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out employee assessment of the public association of consumers approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2012 No. 745, of the word of "seven working days from the date of adoption by the commission of the decision on passing or not passing by the worker of certification" shall be replaced with words "five working days from the date of adoption by the commission of the decision on passing or not passing by the worker of certification and execution of the certificate on certification";
