About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning forming of prize fund of the stimulating lottery "Require the check - win prize!"

For the purpose of regulation of the separate procedures connected with forming of prize fund of the stimulating lottery "Require the check - win prize!", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 10, 2021 No. 302 the following changes:

in Regulations on the State Tax Administration under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

in Item 15:

- state subitem 34 in the following edition:

"34) to conduct procurement of goods, services and works according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of public procurements;";

- add with subitem 34-1 of the following content:

"34-1) to perform forming of prize fund of the stimulating lotteries, including by purchase of goods, services and works according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of public procurements, with the subsequent transfer to winners of lottery on a grant basis.".
