About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 35 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

part (to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) According to the statement of the physical persons provided by part (1), the National Bank in cases and on the conditions provided by the regulating acts of National Bank pays the costs connected with participation of these persons:

a) in the criminal, pravonarushitelny, administrative or civil procedures performed in the country or abroad, initiated against the physical persons provided by part (1), concerning the actions or acts made by them, or omission of making of some actions or acts by them in case of execution of the powers assigned to National Bank according to the law including when carrying out internal transactions within accomplishment of given power;

b) in the criminal, pravonarushitelny, administrative or civil procedures performed in the country or abroad, in which the physical persons provided by part (1), participate in quality of witnesses in connection with information which became to them known in case of execution of the powers assigned to National Bank according to the law;

c) in the criminal, pravonarushitelny, administrative or civil procedures performed in the country or abroad which do not belong to the processes provided by Items a) and b), and in which the physical persons provided by part (1), participate including as witnesses in connection with the previous participation in processes which correspond to conditions, stipulated in Item b).";
