Chapter 1. General provisions

Article 1. Basic concepts

In this Law the following basic concepts are used:

1) night time - from April 1 to September 30 - from 22:00 till 06:00 o'clock and from October 1 to March 31 - from 20:00 till 06:00 o'clock;

2) the child - person who did not reach eighteen-year age;

3) entertainment centers - night clubs, diskokluba, bookmaker offices and the hazardous game centers;

4) responsibility for training and education of the child - obligation of physical persons and legal entities in training process and education of the child;

5) education - purposeful process of education of the child by parents (persons, them replacing), educational institution, society and its preparation for independent life;

6) training - joint activities of parents (persons, them replacing), the teacher and educational institution for development of the child, development knowledge, enhancement of his talent, skills, mental and physical capacities;

7) persons replacing parents - the guardians, custodians, persons who are bringing up the child on the basis of the agreement, other his legal representatives, and also other physical persons and legal entities on which education the child actually is.
