About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 8 of the Law on information and technological parks No. 77/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 318), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in water part of the word "and SKPM, edition 2" shall be replaced with words "and SKPM, edition 2.1";

"q) activities of the telephone directory centers (call center) (82.20), based on technology/communication channel with the client (contact center), performed only for the purpose of export, including activities for customer relations in the course of supply and cargo logistics;

r) other services in the field of manpower in providing with personnel (78.30), provided by means of computers, other electronic devices or technical and software, it is exclusive for the purpose of export, limited:

– services in providing with personnel in the field of information technologies and telecommunications (78.30.11);

– services in providing administrative sector with other categories of personnel (78.30.12);

– services in providing with the personnel involved in process of supply, logistics and customer relation in the field of freight transportation.".

Art. II. – In article 214 of the Administrative code of the Republic of Moldova No. 116/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 466), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (to state 9) in the following edition:

"(9) are not subject to suspension of the resolution of the National agency on regulation in power:

a) about revocation of licenses for non-compliance by their owners in the sector of natural gas of the legal requirements concerning department, independence and/or certification of the operator of the transferring system as well as the resolutions accepted for the purpose of ensuring uninterrupted transfer of natural gas;

b) accepted based on part (1) article 811 of the Law on the electric power No. 107/2016;
