About modification in the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd Article 28 and part 2 of article 150 of the penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia of June 15, 2022 (dalee-Kodeks) shall be replaced with words the words "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions" "About enforcement proceeding".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 150 of the code of the word "writ of execution" shall be replaced with words "the statement for forced execution".
1. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
2. Article 2 of this law is effective according to the decision of the Government provided by part 4 of article 23 of the Law "About Enforcement Proceeding" from the moment of implementation of the system providing transfer by court to service of forced execution of the data necessary for excitement of enforcement proceeding, in electronic form, and systems of filing of application about forced execution by court, the Constitutional court, the Supreme Judicial Council (their devices) in electronic form.
3. The system of filing of application provided by part 2 of this article about forced execution in electronic form takes root till March 1, 2026.
