On regulation of natural monopolies on areas and the cities of Astana, Almaty to provide to managements of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan control of return by subjects of natural monopolies of means to the consumers who brought payment for accession of additional capacities according to Rules of compensation of costs of the power transferring organization for expansion and reconstruction of networks of transportation of energy public on returnable basis.
3. To department on regulation and control in the field of electro-and heat-and-power engineeering of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Shkarupa A. V.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
