About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Veterinary Science"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 3 of the Law of June 21, 2014, "About veterinary science" (dalee-Zakon) to add ZR-137 with Item 30.1 of the following content:
"30. 1) livestock farm - the fenced land area equipped with special earth holes (trenches) or biothermal holes (Bekar's wells) intended for long burial of the animals not subject to slaughter or patients with not diagnosed disease or the animals who died or being in agony condition as a result of epidemic, or by-products of animal origin which are not intended for consumption or being liable to destruction.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 6 of the Law:
Item 14 to declare 1) invalid;
2) to state Item 24 in the following edition:
"24) requirements imposed to slaughterhouses, procedure for suspension of operations of slaughterhouses, the organizations of slaughter of farm animals on slaughterhouses and veterinary marking of products of slaughter;".
To add 3) with Items 33-35 of the following content:
"33) requirements imposed to storage, transportation, conversion, use and disinfecting of manure, bird's dung in the Republic of Armenia;
34) requirements imposed to the markets of farm animals;
35) requirements imposed to cattle breeding farms.".
Article 3. Add the law with Chapter 12.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 12.1. Suspension of operations of slaughterhouses
Article 41.1. Suspension of operations of slaughterhouses
1. In case of identification of violations of requirements imposed to slaughterhouses within the state control, activities of slaughterhouses stop before elimination of violations if the revealed violation is not eliminated during check.".
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
