1. These rules of implementation of border trade (daleepravil) are developed according to article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity", govern legal relations in the field of border trade in the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine procedure of trading activity in the border territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan if other is not defined by the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Border trade in the corresponding border territory of the adjacent state is performed according to the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. These rules do not extend to the relations on turnover of separate types of goods which are regulated by special legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
