1. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Permit to use till January 1, 2027 for certification to the veterans of work, citizens living, working (student) in the territory of the mountain settlement, to rehabilitees, children from large family and tab to the certificate of the child with the disability connected with effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, the unused forms of certificates and tab to the certificate made before entry into force of this resolution on the samples approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 29, 1994 No. 521 "About procedure for certification and the breastplate "The veteran of work" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 11, of the Art. 274), of March 19, 1996 No. 345 "About the certificate of the citizen who lives, works (studies) in the territory of the mountain settlement" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, to the Art. 265), of December 23, 2015 No. 1099 "Some questions of production and certification of parents of large family and the child from large family" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, the Art. 91), of July 11, 2018 No. 551 "some questions of certification to persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and other categories of citizens" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 58, the Art. 2021) and of May 19, 2021 No. 535 "Some questions of implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On recovery of victims of repressions of communist totalitarian regime of 1917-1991" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 44, the Art. 2685).
