1. Make change to the paragraph of third Item 2 of the Section II of the Standard agreement on holding electronic auctions on distribution of quota of support between the customer of the auction and the operator of an electronic trading platform approved by the order of the Department of Energy of Ukraine of September 14, 2020 No. 596, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 27, 2020 at No. 1186/35469, having stated it in the following edition:
"publication in UTS of the documents provided by Procedure (inspection statements of documents and data of participants, protocols of disclosure of offers, protocols on results of auctions, service provision agreements on ensuring support of production of electrical energy from alternative sources on the mechanism of market award, other documents)".
2. (Kirill NOVIKOV) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to management of electrical power complex and market development of electrical energy submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
