About change of the laws concerning the Investigative Committee

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2012 No. 403-Z "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1. To state the paragraph of the seventh Article 10 in the following edition:
"has the right to request and receive in accordance with the established procedure on a grant basis from state bodies and other organizations documents, required materials and other information, without the consent of physical persons to receive data from information resources (systems) containing personal data and to have access, including remote, to information resources (systems) containing such data by the written request or based on the agreement on provision of personal data between the Investigative Committee and other state bodies, other organizations;".
2. From the paragraph of the thirteenth of Article 12 and the paragraph of the ninth of Article 13 of the word", and other ware property" to exclude regulations of supply of staff of the Investigative Committee with dress code objects, distinction signs of special ranks.

The citizens of the Republic of Belarus accepted (enlisted) for receipt of general higher education in day form education on specialties for the Investigative Committee in institution of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from the date of acceptance (transfer) in this organization are staff of the Investigative Committee and hereinafter are referred to as as cadets.
