Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
In the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan of July 3, 2014:
1) in Article 3:
in Item 3) shall be replaced with words the words "234-the cost of the moved goods exceeding twenty thousand monthly settlement indicators" "234 - the cost of the moved goods exceeding thirty thousand monthly settlement indicators";
in Item 38):

3) in Article 234:

the paragraph one after the words "special rules of movement through customs border" to add with the words "or illicit movement through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan of goods or other objects concerning which the prohibition or restriction of movement through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan is established";
