About introduction of amendments to the Water code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Water code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 23, Art. 2381; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2314; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4757; 2019, No. 23, Art. 2922) following changes:

Part 1 of Article 12 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "In cases and procedure which are provided by this Code or other Federal Law the agreement of water use can be signed with owners of the parcels of land or hydraulic engineering constructions located in borders of shore of water objects.";

2) Article 14 to add with part 3 following of content:

"3. The duration of the agreement of the water use concluded according to part 3 of Article 47.1 of this Code cannot exceed the duration of the agreement of lease or the agreement of free use by the parcel of land or the hydraulic engineering construction which are in the state-owned or municipal property with which owners the agreement of water use, and also the deadline established by part of 1 this Article is signed.";

3) in Article 16:

a) "47," to add part 2 after figures with figures "47.1,";

b) add part 3 with the offer of the following content: "The bases for refusal in the conclusion of the agreement of water use signed according to Article 47.1 of this Code can be established by the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation.";

4) in Article 17:
