About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Experimental Legal Regimes in the field of Digital Innovations in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 No. 258-FZ "About experimental legal regimes in the field of digital innovations in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 31, Art. 5017; 2021, No. 27, Art. 5159) following changes:

1) regarding the 4th Article 5 the word of "subject" to replace with the word of "participant", the second offer to exclude;

2) in Article 7:

a) regarding 1 word "Item 2 of part 7" shall be replaced with words "part 3 Articles 15, Item 2 of part 7 and part 8";

b) regarding 2 words "since the twentieth working day after day of the edition" shall be replaced with words "from the date of entry into force";

3) in Article 8:

a) to declare Item 2 of part 1 invalid;

b) add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. In the direction, stipulated in Item 7 parts 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law, requirement to the initiator or initiators are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

4) in Article 9:

a) regarding 3 words of "government" to exclude;

b) the paragraph one of part 5 to state in the following edition:

"5. Regulating authority within fifteen working days, and the organization of entrepreneurial community and the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation within ten working days from the date of receipt of the initiative offer perform its assessment on compliance to the conditions and requirements established by articles 6 and 8 of this Federal Law and send the conclusions which shall contain one of the following conclusions to authorized body:";

c) regarding 5.1 words of "government" to exclude;

d) state part 6 in the following edition:
