In pursuance of the paragraph of the fifth item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for collection and accounting of the fixed agricultural tax approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 1999 N658 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2006 N 725, I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of the accompanying services, the income from which provision in case of formation of agricultural enterprise by merge, accession, transformation, separation or allocations join in the amount received from realization of self-produced agricultural products and products of its conversion (except excise goods) which is applied.

2. To finance department (G. I. Tooth) in accordance with the established procedure:

2.1. Provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Bring the order to permission of the Ministry of agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of agro-industrial development of regional public administrations, Managements of agro-industrial development of the Sevastopol city public administration, the associations, the companies, organizations and the organizations falling within the scope of management of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine.

3. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister Luzan Yu. Ya.
