Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 283-FZ "About state registration of vehicles in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, Art. 5076; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4415; 2021, No. 49, Art. 8153; 2022, No. 1, Art. 63; 2023, No. 16, Art. 2764) following changes:

Part 2 of Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The former vehicle owner has the right to file petition for the termination of the state accounting of this vehicle after alienation of the vehicle in case:

1) the conclusions of the contract with use of the single portal of the state and municipal services or in case of its notarial certificate, introductions in legal force of court resolution - it is direct in registration division or with use of the single portal of the state and municipal services;

2) the conclusions of the agreement in simple written form on paper - it is direct in registration division with submission of the original of the agreement after ten days from the date of alienation of the vehicle.";

Article 10 to add 2) with part 8 of the following content:
