1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for provision of mineral rights according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 23, 2021 No. 148 the following changes:
