About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses

3. The action (failure to act) provided by part one of this Article, which entailed income acquisition (revenues) -

attracts penalty in the amount of twenty percent from income (revenue) gained (received) as a result of making of administrative offense.";

2) in Article 172:

add heading with the words "and in the field of heat-and-power engineeering";

"3. Failure to provide, untimely, doubtful or incomplete provision by the power making, power transferring organizations, subjects of heat supply of the information necessary for implementation of their powers requested by state bodies, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan about power industry and in the field of heat-and-power engineeering, -";
