2) suspension of operations or its separate types.
24. The bases for application of measures of rapid response in the form of withdrawal of quarantine products (including from mailings, hand luggage and baggage) or return of quarantine products are violations of the requirements specified in Items 13 and 14 of appendix 2 to this joint order.
