About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic)

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:
in Article 68:
a) state part 2 in the following edition:
"2. Lifelong imprisonment is not designated to women, persons who committed crime aged up to eighteen years and also the men who reached at the time of crime execution of sixty-year age, except as specified, 2-1 this Article provided by part.";
b) add Article with part of 2-1 following content:

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following change:
the paragraph one of part 4 of Article 349 to state in the following edition:
"4. The court decides conviction without assignment of punishment, except for crimes against sexual integrity and sexual freedom of the child, in cases if by the time of its removal:".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
