For the purpose of providing optimum ratio of level of cash and clearing settlements in the country, transparency of currency circulation, according to article 139 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Recommend to Ayyl Bank, RSK Bank and Keremet Bank open joint stock companies to establish the commission for servicing of escrow account in the amount of 0,02 of % of the amount of transaction.

2. Recommend to National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic to establish the commission for servicing of escrow account in the amount of 0,02 of % of the amount of transaction for commercial banks.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of rates of the state fee" of April 15, 2019 No. 159 the following changes:
