"18. In structure of educational institutions of the general education in the presence of necessary material and technical resources preschool training and education will be organized in the form of the center (group) of early development of the child without formation of legal entity. The standard provision of the center (group) of early development of the child affirms the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
