About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Military Service and the Status of the Serviceman"

Article 1. Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of November 15, 2017, No. ZR-195 "About military service and the status of the serviceman" (further - the Law) to add with parts 4-6 of the following content:

"4. In sense of this Article, and also parts 6 articles 59 and 3 of article 60 of this Law the proper notice of the citizen provision of the notification by means of documentary or mail service, or in individual or public procedure is considered.

5. According to part 4 of this Article as the document or circumstance confirming the fact of the proper notice of the citizen are considered:

1) in case of service of notice from hands in hands receipts, certified by the signature of the citizen about receipt of the notice;

2) in case of the notification by means of post communication document, confirming delivery to the citizen of the registered post mail containing the notification, or electronic confirmation;

3) in case of the individual notification - electronic confirmation about reading by the citizen of the notification established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the public and individual notification via the Internet" sent to the official e-mail address of the citizen;

4) in case of the public notification placement of the statement from the notification addressed to the citizen on the official site of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia established by the law.
